Sound confusing? Well it probably does, but apparently there is a Windows Phone 6 Starter Edition which apparently can be used for rugged field computing and the like and is destined for emerging markets reports an article on gsmarena . Apparently Windows Phone 6 Starter Edition runs on just about every available connectivity there is, such as GSM, EDGE, GPRS, EVDO Rev.A, CDMA2000, and even the Chinese home brew 3G TD-SCDMA, and Windows Phone 6 will be available in 2 versions, one with Office Mobile and the other without.

Another video hands-on with the Android based Sony Ericsson X10 Mini and X10 Mini Pro smartphones today from Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona, and this time from the guys over at phone dog . The Sony Ericsson X10 Mini and Mini Pro hands-on video delivers almost six minutes of coverage and gets down to a walkthrough with the Sony Ericsson Android smartphones once the reviewer lets us know just how amazed he is at the actual size of the handsets. Mini with the Sony Ericsson X10, means just that, mini, not big, not small but tiny and packing the Android operating system, the whole thing kind of gets the phone dog reviewer all excited to begin with
